Delete your account and data
Tashkheesa — patient app (com.tashkheesa.patient) and doctor app (com.tashkheesa.doctor)
Fastest route: from inside the app
If you still have the app installed, this is immediate:
- Open the Tashkheesa app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm it is you, with your password or a verification code we send you.
If you no longer have the app
Use the form below. We will contact you at the same email address or number to confirm the request came from you before anything is deleted.
What gets deleted
Your profile, your details, the medical files you uploaded, your messages with doctors, your reports, your appointments and your notifications — from our records and from our storage.
What is kept
An anonymous financial record of each payment and refund, with your name removed and no medical information in it. Egyptian accounting rules require this, and our Privacy Policy says so.
How long it takes
Deleting from inside the app is immediate. A request made on this page takes up to 30 working days from the point we confirm it came from you.
