Service terms and conditions for using Tashkheesa.

1. Agreement

By using Tashkheesa, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Tashkheesa provides specialist medical second opinions. Our service includes:

  • Review of uploaded medical files by board-certified specialists
  • Written medical reports with findings and recommendations
  • Optional video consultations with assigned specialists
  • Secure messaging between patients and doctors

3. Important Medical Disclaimer

  • Tashkheesa provides second opinions only, not primary medical care
  • Our reports are advisory and should be discussed with your treating physician
  • In case of medical emergency, call emergency services immediately
  • Our specialists provide independent assessments based on the files you upload
  • The quality of the review depends on the quality and completeness of uploaded files

4. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate personal and medical information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You must be 18 years or older (or have parental/guardian consent)
  • One account per person — sharing accounts is prohibited

5. Payment Terms

  • All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated
  • Payment is required before a case is assigned to a specialist
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, and supported local payment methods
  • Prices may change; the price at the time of order is the price you pay

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

  • Standard delivery: within 72 hours of payment confirmation
  • Express delivery (where available): within 24 hours
  • If we fail to deliver within the committed timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund
  • Delivery time starts when payment is confirmed and all required files are uploaded

7. Intellectual Property

  • Medical reports generated by our specialists remain your property
  • The Tashkheesa platform, design, and content are owned by Tashkheesa
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our platform content

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Tashkheesa is not liable for medical decisions made based on our reports
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
  • We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete file uploads

9. Account Termination

  • You may close your account at any time through your portal settings
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms
  • Medical records will be retained as required by Egyptian law

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
